A Loving Place Since 1994
Rainbow Connection Child Learning Center was born from a simple but powerful belief: that every child deserves a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment to grow and learn. Since opening our doors in 1994, we have been Cebu City's trusted home for early childhood education.
We proudly accept all children regardless of race, faith, ethnic group, or physical limitations. Our diverse and inclusive community is one of our greatest strengths, teaching children the value of acceptance and respect from their very first days of school.
Our approach centers on Learning Centers — thoughtfully designed spaces where children explore, discover, and develop at their own pace, supported by caring and dedicated educators.
